The course access will be sent to the email address you used when purchasing your copy of The Small Business Planner.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Yes! The Small Business Planner ships free within the USA. We used the same pricing format that we outline in the Small Business Planner and we have integrated the cost of domestic shipping into the retail price of the Planner.
We do need to charge shipping for global orders, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping location.

What is your return policy?
As a small business, we believe deeply in the value and powerful nature of The Small Business Planner.
We have built our pricing to support the most competitive retail price possible for the small-batch production of our product, The Small Business Planner. However, the cost of returns (and the impact on our planet) is far beyond our pricing model.
Therefore, if you find your purchase to not meet your expectactions, we will happily refund your purchase within 14 days of receipt. Rather than sending your Planner back to us, we ask that you donate it to another small business owner.
Should you request a refund of The Small Business Planner, access to any digital courses will be revoked.
